Brings me back to a time in my life when all I wanted to do was have fun in the summer and soak up the rays.
For some of you summer may be a time you dread. Lots of skin exposed, and short shorts and god forbid those little bitty bikinis.
But summer does not have to be a time of dread. Imagine looking forward to summer not simply because of the warm weather, but because of the fact that you can show off your arm candy, and by that I mean your ripped arms, and also show those abs that are no longer “Flabs”.
How good would it feel to be able to peel off those layers from the winter so that you can show the world your fit, self? Imagine the pride you would feel, to display how hard you have worked and to be able to share your accomplishments of physical fitness with others.
Part of being successful in life and business means taking care of you, both mentally and physically. We cannot ignore our bodies. They are a vessel that needs love and maintenance.
It’s never too late to get fit. It’s never too late to start. No excuses. I hate those. So here’s what I am proposing to do for you. The blogs for the next two weeks will include a few simple tips, exercises and recipes to give you a jump start on the new you. Forget those diets, forgot the lose weight quick schemes. They don’t work. Eating the right foods and exercising is all you need to uncover the body that might be hiding under a little bit of “flab”. It’s dying to come out. So let’s get moving and let’s make summer your favorite season. Bare it all!!! Ok maybe not all, but you know what I mean!!!
